Settings and plans

General settings control how bookings behave, from hold time to lead time and shipping. Plans set how many products you can make bookable and which extra features you get.

General settings

General settings live under Settings in the app. From there you can set the hold minutes or reservation window, the lead time, whether to collect shipping, cheaper day rate suggestions (nudging a customer toward a day rate when it costs less than the hours they picked), custom booking questions, confirmation and reminder emails, SMS reminders, and your read-only calendar feed link.

Plans

  1. Free. One bookable product with the core booking tools and full calendar styling.
  2. Starter, $9.99. Up to three products, plus confirmation and reminder emails, custom booking questions, turnaround buffers, Google Calendar sync and the iCal feed for Apple, Outlook and Airbnb.
  3. Pro, $19.99. Unlimited products, multiple rooms and pricing tiers, deposits, paid add-ons, opening hours and closed dates per space, and SMS reminders.

Downgrading

If you downgrade, any feature your new plan does not include turns off, but the settings behind it, such as a deposit percentage or a bundle discount, are kept rather than deleted. The app shows you exactly what turned off. Upgrade again later and everything comes back with no need to set it up twice.

Good to know

How many products can I make bookable?

One on Free, up to three on Starter, and unlimited on Pro. If you go over your plan limit, for example after downgrading, the products over the cap stop taking new bookings; the ones you made bookable first stay active. Re-upgrade, or turn booking off on the extra products, to get back under the limit.

Which plan has deposits, emails and SMS?

Emails, questions and buffers are on Starter and up. Deposits, paid add-ons, per-space hours and SMS reminders are on Pro. Calendar styling is on every plan.
