The admin calendar
Open Booker to see every booking on one calendar, grouped by day, with the customer, the space, the time, the total and a link to the order. A multi-room booking shows as one entry.
Manual and walk-in bookings
Add a walk-in or phone booking by hand from the admin. It blocks that time like any other booking, so an in-person booking cannot be double-booked online.
Cancelling and refunds
Refunding or cancelling the order in Shopify cancels the booking, frees the slot for others, and removes it from any synced Google Calendar.

Can I add a booking without a customer paying online?
Yes. Add a manual walk-in or phone booking from the admin, and it blocks that slot like any other.
How do I free a slot I no longer need?
Refund or cancel the order in Shopify. Booker cancels the booking and returns the slot to sale.
